Since 2003, Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio and Indiana's call center has held the prestigious BenchmarkPortal Center of Excellence certification given by the Center for Customer-Driven Quality located at Purdue University.
What is BenchmarkPortal Certification?
The BenchmarkPortal certification is awarded to call centers whose metrics are compared against the best practices of its peer group. Centers that attain certification do so on the basis of objective, quantitative data, which is audited and validated by researchers from BenchmarkPortal and the Center for Customer-Driven Quality.
