Delta Dental Premier
Our managed fee-for-service plan. Enrollees can go to any licensed dentist anywhere, but they’ll save the most money by choosing a Delta Dental Premier dentist. More than 125,000 dentists practicing at more than 186,000 locations/access points throughout the United States and its territories participate in Delta Dental Premier. That’s about three out of every four dentists nationwide, which makes the Delta Dental Premier network the largest network of participating dentists available anywhere.
Delta Dental PPO (Standard)
Our preferred provider organization plan. As with Delta Dental Premier, enrollees can go to any licensed dentist anywhere. However, they’ll save the most money by choosing one of the more than 65,000 dentists practicing at more than 108,000 locations/access points throughout the United States who belongs to Delta Dental PPO. Our PPO dentists agree to accept lower fees for most services than Delta Dental Premier dentists.
Delta Dental PPO (Point-of-Service)
Our popular point-of-service PPO plan provides enrollees with access to two of the nation’s largest networks of participating dentists—the Delta Dental PPO network AND the Delta Dental Premier network. No other carrier can offer you and your employees two layers of cost savings and balance-billing protection in one program the way Delta Dental can with this plan.
Individual Plans
Delta Dental's innovative individual dental plans allow your organization to give people access to quality individual dental benefits—no matter where they live—at absolutely no cost to you.
DeltaCare
Our user-friendly HMO-type plan. DeltaCare enrollees choose a single dentist for their entire family from our select network and receive all necessary dental services from that dentist. In return, DeltaCare substantially lowers costs for them—and you.
Small Group Market Plans
Our standard programs designed especially for smaller groups (10 - 49 lives).
Voluntary Enrollment programs
Our voluntary plan options enable our enrollees to buy the quality dental coverage they need at an affordable group rate. That means you can offer your employees an attractive benefit without shouldering the entire cost of that coverage. We offer a variety of plan designs, both with and without waiting periods. Our voluntary programs cover most pre-existing conditions, too. And they can be funded through IRS Section 125, so your employees can pay with pre-tax dollars.
