DASI will answer routine inquiries!

Delta Dental has a long history of providing the best service and latest technological advances to our partners in the dental community, and that includes pioneering improved methods for communications and claims assistance.  The adoption of Delta's Automated Service Inquiry (DASI) system was a key part of the program to enhance service to you. DASI will now be able to ensure your routine inquiries.

Our automated information service has both voice and touch-tone abilities and accesses our live database for the most recent information. All calls from dental offices requesting routine eligibility, benefits, claims status, Claim Payment Statement/Explanation of Benefits copies and maximum used-to-date will be routed to DASI.

DASI is available to give you eligibility, benefi ts, and claims information 24 hours a day, Monday through Saturday.

To help you navigate DASI, use the easy-to-follow DASI Short Cuts form. Keep it posted by your phone for quick reference.

DASI Assist Form
To make it even easier to record eligibility and benefit information, a DASI Assist Form may be copied and used in your office.  Benefit and eligibility information is listed in the same order as given by DASI – just circle or fill in the blanks. And our representatives will be available to answer more complicated questions, solve problems and assist with processing issues.

DASI FaxBack
The perfect solution for those who don’t have time to listen to patient information.  With a simple phone call to DASI, a dental office can receive a fax document within minutes detailing the enrollee’s eligibility (including prophylaxes, exams and X-rays), benefits, maximum used-to-date and any non-standard policies.
