Your dental coverage helps
you get the care you need to stay healthy. At the same time, it
can help you save money by keeping your overall health care costs
down.
If you enjoyed Delta Dental’s service and savings as a Chrysler
employee, here’s some good news – Delta Dental is offering
two affordable dental coverage options for Chrysler retirees
and their spouses who are 65 and older. (If you didn’t have
Delta Dental coverage, here’s even better news – you
can choose it now!) Read more about Delta Dental’s options for Chrysler salaried retirees (PDF)
Both Delta Dental options allow you to go to any licensed dentist anywhere. However, you will save the most money by choosing one of the thousands of dentists who participate with Delta Dental. Delta Dental has the largest networks of dentists in the U.S. Both options
cover a wide range of services – from routine services like
oral exams, cleanings, and X-rays to more complex (and expensive)
services like bridges, crowns, and dentures. And both include our
unique Passport Dental(SM) program, which gives you additional access – at no additional
cost! – to dentists all over the world!
To choose either Delta Dental option, you must enroll within 45 days of your 65th birthday and remain enrolled for at least 12 months. Once you drop Delta Dental coverage, you cannot re-enroll in either option.
