Delta Dental’s voluntary plan options enable our enrollees to buy the quality dental coverage they need at an affordable group rate. That means employers can offer their employees an attractive benefit without shouldering the entire cost of that coverage. We offer a variety of plan designs, both with and without waiting periods. Our voluntary programs cover most pre-existing conditions, too. And they can be funded through IRS Section 125, so enrollees can pay with pre-tax dollars.
