Going digital
Take the wait and wonder out of claims processing by going electronic. While paper claims can take two to three days to process, most electronic claims are processed the same day! This means that members and benefit managers always know the status of their claims, and providers are paid quickly.
In fact, providers who switch from paper to electronic claims submission will save money and become more efficient by cutting down on staff time required to submit and send paper claims. Since most dental offices are already computerized, the switch to electronic is just a matter of choosing to submit claims through our Dental Office Toolkit (DOT) if you are a participating dentist, or choosing a clearinghouse.
