Sales, Account Management and Sales Operations

Our sales team is responsible for new business growth and retention of existing clients. The success of the team is driven by having a great product to sell as well as maintaining existing relationships and building new relationships with benefit managers, agents and broker partners. The sales operations team is responsible for all special projects to help sell and retain as well as reporting of the growth and retention.

Government Programs

Our Government Programs team works with managed care organizations and state agencies to deliver the best dental networks for Medicaid and Medicare Advantage members. They collaborate with community partners, other Delta Dental member companies and advocacy groups to promote better oral health outcomes for individuals.
